On July 22, 2020 a memorandum on educational project was signed between GSTU and “Gudavadze-Patarkatsishvili” fund. The project was introduced and financed by the fund. The aim of the project is to motivate beginning teachers, and help popularization of teaching, create a favorable atmosphere for successful students in partner universities. The fund will give 10 best students of the faculty of education the scholarship. During the ceremony, the manager of the fund Zurab Kervalishvili talked about the importance of education, the aim of such scholarships and  projects as future investments of our country, Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili pinpointed the importance of such projects, implemented especially in Shida Kartli region
