On February 5, 2021, rector of the university, Mr. Giorgi Sosiashvili held an online presentation on the scheme of academic personal progression and improvement. The scheme was adopted in accord with the resolution # 6-01. The aim of the scheme is to motivate, support and assist academic personnel of GSTU with research and creative activities, projects and initiatives, to improve teaching-scientific processes and to enrich the educational system. The ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport took the initiative to implement online meetings to give participants detailed information on innovative schemes and how to fulfill them. Mrs. Nunu Mitskievich, Mr. Zaza Maruashvili, Mrs. Nino Tsereteli, Mr. Mindia Okudjava, Mrs. Maia Shukhoshvili, academic and administrative personnel of GSTU attended the meeting. At the end of the meeting lively discussion took place where suggestions, ideas and advice were exchanged.
