On 15 November, 2016 Dr. Kaupo Kand , Head of Analytical Reporting and Outreach Department of EUMM  met students. During lecture Kaupo gave the participants a short overview of the Mission’s background and its work. He explained the history of the EUMM, the difference between civilian and military missions and the measures taken in Georgia by  the EU throughout the years. The lecture was followed by a Q&A session .
