On December 26,2018 a memorable meeting was held at GSTU. Administrative and academic personal, students and Mr. Giorgi Khojevanishvili, -governor of  Shida Kartli  met with his eminence Isaiah , Metropolitan of Nikozi and Tskhinvali, a documentary  by his eminence " Thanksgiving" and "Nikozi 2008" was shown and later discussed at the meeting. the evening was opened by Prof. Giorgi Sosiashvili , rector of the university, who gave a lengthy talk about his eminence's work and thanked him for his visit. Before the show His Eminence Isaiah gave a brief talk on the history of making the documentaries.
