On December 5, 2018, Gori University, Gori Municipality, City Hall, Kareli, Kaspi, Khashuri Municipality, Governor's administration and San-Petroleum Georgia signed a memorandum of collaboration. The aim of the memorandum is to build a new basketball field at Chavchavadze st,N69, piece of lend, property of GSTU. The playground will be named after Zaza Pachulia and it will be opened by famous basketball player after renovation of the playground is done. at the end of the meeting , parties congratulated students, residents of the city on the project- one more important and needed public space will be added to the city.
