On April 19, 2022 Khidistavi public school invited prof. Ioseb Alimbarashvili to give a public lecture on Dimitri Meghvinetukhutsesi and his life’s work. School Principal Mrs. Manana Jalabadze introduced Mr. Alimbarashvili , an alumni and his work to the audience. Lecturer gave vast information on Dimitri Meghvinetukhutsesi, origin of his family name, his work as one of the founders of Georgian archeology, as a historian, playwright, poet, about his contribution in gathering rarities, lapidary and fresco inscriptions for preservation.  At the end of the lecture, Mr. Ioseb Alimbarashvili gave his books,- history of Khidistavi and Dimitri Meghvinetukhutsesi ( life’s work) to school.
