On May 21, representatives of the Public Defender of Consumers Interests visited GSU. The aim of the visit was to raise awareness on youth rights among students. Guests gave detailed information on challenges, perspectives and goals of the institution. They pointed out a couple of projects, implemented by the office such as: your rights in the communication sphere and portable office. They explained customers rights in the communication sphere, companies’ responsibilities and complaint/ appeal timeframe.
