On December 20,2016, The President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili held a meeting with rectors, non-governmental educational organizations and the representatives of the government and summarized the projects financed by the Reserve Fund. 13 memorandums with Georgian universities and 20 educational projects financed by the Presidential Reserve Fund , 2 project of GSTU among them. One , concerning foundation of the training center for Teachers and the other is about scholarship of Iakob Gogebashvili for Master’s of educational programs. The President also held a presentation of the brochure, financed by the Presidential Reserve Fund. President Margvelashvili expressed his readiness to fully use not only financial but also socio-political resources of the Presidential Institute for the future goals in the area of education as it is a top priority of the country .
